Skincare routines should be adapted based on changing skin needs, and seasons too. Take your regimen from winter to spring by following this checklist:
- Add anti-oxidants. Vitamin C and bakuchiol (found in our Golden Vitamin C Serum & Reset Bakuchiol Serum) protect against increased UV exposure and cell damage.
- Refresh winter skin by using a chemical exfoliant that contains AHA’s and/or PHA once a week. Our Sunday Exfoliating Serum contains both to slough off dead skin cells for radiant, even skin.
- Switch to a light-weight moisturiser and use SPF daily to combat stronger UV rays.
- Some are blemish prone during the winter months, others during warmer times of the year. Track your skin changes in a journal so you can adjust your routine as needed.
